PCBA Testing Procedures
•Visual inspection: general quality check.
•X-ray Inspection: checks for BGAs, QFN and bare circuit boards.
•AOI Testing: checks for solder paste, 0201 components, missing components and polarity.
•Function test as custom
X-Ray For BGA
Automated X-ray inspection systems are able to monitor a variety of aspects of a printed circuit board assembly production. It can not only check the solder joints that are under packages such as BGAs, CSPs and flip chips
Automated X-Ray advantages :
• Some defects can be found in the early stage of printed circuit board assembly process;
• It is contributive to the cost reduction of defects;
• It stops defects from flooding among remaining PCB assembly or even clients' practical projects.
X-ray Inspection:
Automated X-ray inspection, not only are 2D techniques available, but machines utilizing 3D technology are available and give significant improvements in performance.

We do provide comprehensive components sourcing service to improve our assembly service.
There are 4 flexible options for you to use our components sourcing service:
1) We supply all the components which will be purchased from authorized and reliable distributors.
Attention: No substitutes will be used without getting your approval.
2.)We purchase all components from distributors you recommend
3)Kitted or Consigned: You supply all the components to us.
4)Combo: You supply some components and we supply the rest.
